Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement, Renmira does not purchase, sell, manufacture, compound, dispense, prescribe, administer, store, possess, take custody of, transport, or deliver medications or other healthcare resources.

Information appearing on the platform, including information concerning medication availability, facility information, licensing, pricing, delivery arrangements, or other operational matters, may be provided by participating users or third-party service providers. Renmira does not independently guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, legality, quality, authenticity, safety, or suitability of such information.

Participating facilities and users are solely responsible for verifying the identity, authorization, licensing, regulatory compliance, and suitability of other parties and for determining whether any medication, resource, transfer, loan, exchange, or delivery is lawful and appropriate. Any transaction, transfer, loan, exchange, or delivery arranged or facilitated through Renmira is undertaken at the responsibility of the participating parties. Renmira is not a party to agreements between participating users unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

Renmira does not provide medical, pharmacy, legal, regulatory, compliance, transportation, or other professional advice through the platform. Users should consult appropriate qualified professionals and applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies when making decisions concerning medications, healthcare resources, transfers, or deliveries. The platform and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Renmira does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, security, or error-free operation of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Renmira is not responsible for the acts, omissions, decisions, errors, misconduct, regulatory violations, product issues, delivery failures, or other conduct of participating users, healthcare facilities, couriers, or other third parties.

Nothing in this Site Disclaimer limits any rights or obligations expressly established under a written agreement between Renmira and a participating facility or other party.
